For over 30 years, the hills of Southern Queensland have been home to our family, our cows, and our dream. What began with just a few head of cattle and a deep respect for the land has grown into a thriving, modern dairy farm with over 500 Holstein cows.
We wake before the sun. The mist rolls over the pastures as our herd grazes freely, nourished by the fertile soil and fresh air of the region. Each day, our team blends technology with tradition to care for our animals and ensure the purest milk leaves our farm.
At Southern Hills, sustainability isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. Our cows live in open, spacious environments and are fed a balanced diet of pasture, hay, and locally grown silage. Our modern milking systems minimize stress on the animals and optimize milk quality.
We also invest in the land: rotating crops, planting trees, managing water, and using clean energy where possible. Our goal is simple — to leave the land better than we found it.
